Please READ carefully, as this pertains to the Agreement of your registration with any of the products sold (sometimes referred to as Program) by The Alchemy of Ayurveda (sometimes referred to as “Company”).
By purchasing our products, you (sometimes referred to as “Client”) agree to the following terms stated.
DISCLAIMER
Client understands The Alchemy of Ayurveda is not an employee, agent, lawyer, doctor, manager, therapist, public relations or business manager, registered dietician, or financial analyst, psychotherapist or accountant.
Clients understand their participation in this program will not treat or diagnose any disease, illness, or ailment and if they should experience any such issues they should see their registered physician or other practitioner as determined by their own judgment.
Client understands that The Alchemy of Ayurveda has not promised, nor shall be obligated to, the following:
- Success in business, results, and sales for the Client.
- Provide assistance, as either coach or mentor, with consultations for future business contracts made by Client.
- Procure any publicity, social media exposure, interviews, write-ups, features, television, or print promotions for the Client.
- Introduce Client to Nikola’s full network of contacts, media, or business partners. Client understands that a relationship does not exist between the Parties after the conclusion of this program.
PROGRAM
For clients enrolled in the monthly membership: Session time is billed at the beginning of each month which includes designated number of session times. Session times do not roll over to the subsequent month and must be used within the month of purchase.
FINANCIAL OBLIGATION
Client is responsible for the completion of all payment plans associated with products they purchase. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as a form of payment.
REFUNDS and CANCELLATION OF SERVICE
Client Membership Program:
You may request a cancellation of service with refund by contacting our support team at nikola@thealchemyofayurveda.com and definitively requesting the cancellation of service. For client memberships, this request must be made at least 15 days prior to the end of the current membership month for the subsequent month.
Non-Membership Client Sessions:
The Alchemy of Ayurveda will make every effort to work with clients in the event they need to reschedule a session appointment if notice is given greater than 24hrs (1 day) in advance. If less than 24hrs (1 day) notice is given and the client is unable to attend the scheduled session the client then forfeits the scheduled session and any monies paid for this session. No refunds will be given. If the client requests to reschedule the session giving less than 24hrs (1 day) notice of need to reschedule, a $50 administrative fee will be charged to the client.
The Alchemy of Ayurveda Online Programs and Courses:
There will be no refunds given for instant access courses once the online course is purchased. This includes but is not limited to: Alchemy of LIfe – Introduction to AYURVEDA
For Interactive Online Workshops scheduled for a future date, refunds can be requested no later than 30 days prior to the starting date of the course. Requests can be made by emailing nikola@thealchemyofayurveda.com Any and all refunds will be minus a minimum $25 administrative fee. From 30 days prior to the start of the course until the course’s first session, credit will be offered toward other courses, events, or private sessions with Nikola. After the course start date, no refunds and/or credits will be offered.

Ayurveda is a natural healing system that has been successfully practiced for thousands of years. Originating in ancient India, this medical tradition states that each person’s path toward optimal health is unique—because each person is unique.
The individualized healing programs offered at The Alchemy of Ayurveda, are based on time- honored principles that focus on helping the practitioner in understanding their particular body-mind constitution. The goal of Ayurvedic health counseling is to create within the practitioner’s body and mind a receptive environment for healing to take place and to support the body’s ability to heal itself.
During the course of Ayurvedic counseling and education with The Alchemy of Ayurveda, Nikola may provide or recommend lifestyle adjustment, dietary changes, herbal supplements, aromatherapy, yoga, and other natural therapeutic activities for various conditions. In order to implement these Ayurvedic principles into your life, frequent and regular follow-up visits over a six to twelve months period are recommended.
Although Ayurveda is generally considered safe, like any therapeutic program, there may be risks associated with the recommended program as a whole or with components of the program. Herbs and dietary supplements (which are from plant, animal, and mineral sources) that may be recommended by Nikola are traditionally considered safe, however, they may cause allergic reactions in some people.
Additionally, some herbs and dietary supplements may be inappropriate during pregnancy or while nursing. Finally, herbs and dietary supplements may interact with prescription or over-the-counter medication, or other supplements. Therefore, you should always consult your doctor before taking any herbal or dietary supplement, and notify all your other healthcare providers, including pharmacists, who can keep track of potential drug interactions . Various natural therapeutics, such as aromatherapy and yoga, are also generally considered safe, although there are, of course, risks associated with each. As with many physical activities or natural therapy programs, you may experience physical exertion, discomfort, faintness, or dizziness. You should consult your doctor before beginning any natural therapy program.
Should you experience an allergic reaction or any unexpected or unpleasant effects as a result of taking a supplement or participating in an activity recommended by Nikola in The Alchemy of Ayurveda you should stop taking the supplement or participating in the activity and immediately contact your doctor. It is your responsibility to notify Nikola at The Alchemy of Ayurveda and your health care providers:
if you have or develop any physical or medical condition; if you have any change in an existing physical or medical condition; or if you are, become, or plan to become pregnant, or if you are nursing.
You understand and agree that: None of the Statements made by Nikola about any herb, supplement, activity or service has been evaluated by the FDA. No The Alchemy of Ayurveda activity or service is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. All information and material provided is strictly for informational and educational purposes only.
The Alchemy of Ayurveda is not a Medical Facility and is not a licensed health care provider. Your work with Alchemy of Ayurveda is designed to complement, but not take the place of, the care provided by your other healthcare providers.
Consultation with Nikola does not take the place of a medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment; and Nikola will not diagnose medical conditions or provide medical care. Consultation may not cover every health-related matter or every possible health-related issue. Additionally,should you experience relief from an existing ailment, you must consult your doctors before foregoing or modifying any treatment your doctors have recommended to you.
If during an examination by Nikola, there are any findings suggestive of an unevaluated medical condition, you may be referred to a Western physician. The fact that findings could result in a referral is not a guarantee or assurance that any medical conditions will lead to findings and does not place any obligation on Alchemy of Ayurveda to identify or evaluate any medical condition or to act on any findings of a medical condition.
Results of Ayurvedic programs vary and depend upon many factors including the individual’s body, mind, and commitment to Ayurvedic principles. The Alchemy of Ayurveda does not guarantee the results of any individual therapeutic procedure, herbal or dietary supplement, lifestyle change, or the recommended Ayurvedic program as a whole.
